This Lazy Daisy Basket is a cute little basket to use for a catch all. Maybe hair ties, jewelry, pencils, or perhaps little novelties. Woven on a 5” drilled base, with spokes and bi spokes inserted then spring colors in tan, green and yellow 3/16” flat reed woven around base. This is a nice pattern for beginners and young ones. The jump in the weaving patterns allows the rows to work up the sides of the basket continually, double spokes make it more sturdy, and an easy top braid finishes off the basket. The base comes stained, varnished and ready to weave on with either one large - painted wooden daisy or one medium with one small daisy attached to the base.
